Lemon Ginger Detox Tea

Ingredients

fresh grated ginger
1
tablespoon
of fresh lemon juice

cup
hot water
½-1
teaspoon
raw honey or maple syrup to taste
Small pinch of cayenne-optional
Instructions
Boil water in a kettle.
Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, grated ginger to a mug and add boiling water.
Allow the lemon and ginger to steep for 5 minutes, and then sweeten to taste. If you like a bit of spice, add a tiny pinch of cayenne.
