Lemon Ginger Detox Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½-1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Small pinch of cayenne-optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a kettle.
  • Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, grated ginger to a mug and add boiling water.
  • Allow the lemon and ginger to steep for 5 minutes, and then sweeten to taste. If you like a bit of spice, add a tiny pinch of cayenne.
