Keto White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup of cacao butter
  • ½ cup of salted peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoon of stevia
  • 4 tablespoon of powdered coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Set your double boiler on low heat
  • Melt the cacao butter and peanut butter together and stir in vanilla extract
  • Take another bowl and add powdered coconut powder and stevia
  • Stir 1 tablespoon at a time of the mixture into the vanilla extract mixture
  • Portion the mixture into silicone molds or lined up muffin tins and chill them for 90 minutes
  • Remove and enjoy!
