  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • cup of coconut milk canned
  • 3 Tbsp stevia sweetener
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all the above ingredients from the list into a fast-speed blender.
  • Blend until you have a nice smoothie density.
  • Serve with ice cubes into a chilled glass.
