Keto Triple Chocolate Chip Superfat Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 pouch SuperFat Cacao Coconut
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar (or keto sweetener of choice)
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ Tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp paleo/keto chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine SuperFat Cacao Coconut, almond flour, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, egg, cacao powder, and baking powder until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop cookies about 1 Tbsp at a time 9 cookies.
  • Bake 5-6 minutes, until set.
  • Cool on baking sheet 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
