Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a double boiler, melt coconut oil over medium heat.
Add cacao powder, SuperFat Macadamia MCT + Probiotics, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely smooth.
Spread pecans and walnuts in the prepared baking dish. Pour mixture over top and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sea salt.
Transfer to refrigerator for 1 hour, until firm.
Break into 8 pieces and enjoy.
