- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 2 cup of whole almonds
- ¼ cup of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ cup of cacao powder
- Stevia as needed
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
Add chia seeds, almond to your food processor and blend
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes
Cut into 8 biscotti shaped slices
Transfer to cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes more
Serve and enjoy!
