Keto Sugar Free- Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 cup of whole almonds
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ cup of cacao powder
  • Stevia as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Add chia seeds, almond to your food processor and blend
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes
  • Cut into 8 biscotti shaped slices
  • Transfer to cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes more
  • Serve and enjoy!
