  • ½ cup butternut squash (steamed)
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • ½ cup kale (chopped)
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve immediately.
