  • 1 avocado
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 scallion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz. lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place roast beef, cheese, avocado and radishes on a plate.
  • Add sliced onion, mustard and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise.
