  • 2 cups fresh spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup kale (finely chopped)
  • ½ avocado (diced finely)
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • ½ cup water
  • cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbs almond butter (plain, unsalted)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (5-6 cubes)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your fast-speed blender.
  • Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  • Add crushed ice cubes and serve.
