Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
In a food processor, combine the cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the cream, Parmesan, garlic and oregano. Blend until well combined.
Sprinkle the Asiago, and ½ cup of mozzarella on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven.
Spread with the pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings as desired. Cover with the remaining mozzarella and bake until golden and bubbling.
All to cool before serving.
