Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of turnips
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Rinse turnips and cut them into ½ inch thick slices.
  • Arrange the slices in the large baking dish and drizzle oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss.
  • Transfer to the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
