Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons stevia

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a cookie scoop, divide mixture equally into balls, placing about 1 inch apart on baking
  • sheet. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy
