Place chopped mushrooms in a bowl and cover with salt. Massage well and let sit while preparing the remaining ingredients. Put in a salad press to speed the marinating process.
Place green beans in a steamer and steam briefly (5 minutes) until tender.
Combine lime juice and olive oil in a bowl.
Combine green beans and mushrooms in a bowl or baking dish.
Pour dressing over beans and mushrooms and toss well.
Pulse chop or slice almonds into small pieces, and mix into green beans and mushrooms.
Garnish with Crispy Onions.
