Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the mushrooms and cook until sweated.
Mince the garlic and stir through the cooked mushrooms. Add the Italian seasoning and chili flakes and mix well.
Take the pan off the heat. Add the zoodles and finely grated Parmesan.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
