Keto Fat Bomb Peanut Butter-Cashew Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp. liquid stevia
  • 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cashews

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia until well combined. Melt the peanut butter and then stir it in as well. Pour into mini silicone muffin cup molds and then stick one cashew into the center of each. Place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours and then remove and serve.
