Salt to taste
Instructions
Mash one avocado and mix in the chicken, salsa verde, green onions, cilantro, corn, lime juice and salt.
Slice the remaining avocados in half, remove pits, and fill with the chicken enchilada mixture.
Top with queso fresco.
