Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • cup all natural almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 drops stevia or monkfruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in the microwave.
  • Stir in the almond butter, add the sweetener and shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon onto a sheet pan and freeze for 5 to 10 minutes.
