Keto Coffee Pork Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 Tsp garlic minced
  • 1 pouch SuperFat Coffee + MCT
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • ¼ Tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Grease a sheet pan and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, SuperFat Coffee + MCT, coconut aminos, chili powder, nutmeg, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl until completely incorporated.
  • Form into 2 patties. Lay on prepared sheet pan.
  • Transfer pan to oven. Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Enjoy warm.
