Keto Coconut Pie Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon Irish moss

Instructions
 

  • Process shredded coconut and coconut oil in food processor for a couple minutes.
  • Add Irish moss and process until it squeezes together.
  • Put a little oil and use a napkin to spread around pie pan to prevent sticking or use parchment paper.
  • Press pie crust into pie pan and put into refrigerator.
