Ingredients
  

  • ½ Hass avocado ripe
  • ¾ C full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 C crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend avocado, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric and lemon juice on low speed until smooth. Add crushed ice then blend on high speed until smooth.
  • If using sweetener taste and adjust sweetness and tartness as per your preference.
