Keto Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 5 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup whole almonds
  • 4 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread out mixture onto the baking sheet to make one layer.
  • Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely so that the granola can harden.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
