  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup of salted butter soft
  • 2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of stevia
  • 1 whole egg

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees F
  • Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper
  • Take a large bowl and add listed ingredients, mix until fully incorporated
  • Use your hands to work the dough and roll into 15 balls
  • Transfer to your baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
  • Let them cool and serve
