large avocados
Juice of 1 lime

of mayonnaise
½
cup
diced tomatoes

cilantro
Salt and pepper

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
Scoop the meat from avocado, place in a bowl and mash until smooth.
Combine the mashed avocado with the mayo, salt, pepper, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, and cilantro.
Add the diced chicken, bacon and lime juice. Combine until everything is well incorporated.
Serve the mixture spooned into the avocado shells, garnished with remaining bacon and diced tomato.
