Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 asparagus spears woody ends removed
  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Grease a pie dish with butter.
  • Place eggs, garlic, pepper and salt to a small bowl and beat using a fork.
  • Pour egg mixture into your tray.
  • Lay asparagus onto egg into one row.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over asparagus.
  • Place in oven and cook for 12 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Enjoy!
