Instructions
Place quartered cheese slices on baking sheet lined with parchment lined, leaving a 1-inch gap between slices.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes, or until are crispy like chips.
Remove from the oven, and blow with a paper towel to remove the excess oil. Wait until they are cooled before removing from baking sheet.
Serve with guacamole or salsa.
