Keto Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz. buffalo sauce
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 F
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
  • Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
  • Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasoned almond flour
  • Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy
  • Remove and serve
