almond flour

egg
1
tablespoon
heavy whipping cream

oz.
buffalo sauce
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F
Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasoned almond flour
Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy
Remove and serve
