Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread the florets out in a single layer in a pan and bake them in your oven for 30 minutes.
During the final few minutes, take a bowl and add chickpea flour, water, and sauce and mix well.
Dip the florets in the batter and lay them back in the dish.
Bake for 30 minutes more.
