Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup of cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 3 tablespoon of buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spread the florets out in a single layer in a pan and bake them in your oven for 30 minutes.
  • During the final few minutes, take a bowl and add chickpea flour, water, and sauce and mix well.
  • Dip the florets in the batter and lay them back in the dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes more.
  • Enjoy!
