  • 2 breakfast sausage links
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sausage links and fry, rolling the sausage around now and then until it is nicely browned on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Turn the heat under the skillet down to medium and crack the eggs into the hot grease from the bacon. Cook to your individual preference.
