Keto Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  • In a pan, cook the sausage on a medium-high heat until brown. Stir through minced garlic.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, half of the cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Grease the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish. Arrange the crumbled sausage evenly along the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and cheese is melted and golden.
