Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a pan, cook the sausage on a medium-high heat until brown. Stir through minced garlic.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, half of the cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Grease the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish. Arrange the crumbled sausage evenly along the bottom of the pan.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and cheese is melted and golden.
