Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups
  • Add almond flour, salt, baking soda to a bowl and mix, keep it on the side
  • Take another bowl and add egg, coconut oil, coconut milk, and mix
  • Add mix to flour mix and gently combine until incorporated
  • Mix in blueberries and fill the cupcakes tins with batter
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Enjoy!
