Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz minced beef.
  • 8 oz broccoli florets.
  • 3 oz butter.
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes.
  • ½ tsp black pepper.
  • ½ tsp salt.

Instructions
 

  • In a large frying pan, melt butter and fry minced beef until browned.
  • Add more butter and add broccoli to beef and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Top with remaining butter and serve with mayonnaise.
