Ingredients
  

  • 2 C Brussels sprouts
  • 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Bake on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven for about 35 - 40 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are slightly browned and soft all the way through.
