- 1 ripe Hass avocado cut in half & pit removed
- One can solid tuna packed in oil
- 2 T mayonnaises
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Leave the skin on.
Mix tuna with mayonnaise and onion powder. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Mound tuna salad inside the avocado halves and serve.
