Keto Arugula, Lettuce & Avocado Smoothie

- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup coconut milk unsweetened
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a chilled glass, and add ice cubes (if used).
Serve immediately.
