Preheat the oven to 340Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add the eggs, almond milk, butter, Swerve, lemon juice, and almond extract to a food processor. Blend to combine.
Add the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt, and blend until you have a smooth and creamy batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove cake from the oven and scatter the sliced almonds aver the surface.
Return to the oven for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until the cake is cooked through (a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean). Leave the cake to cool completely in the pan.
Cut into 10 squares to serve.
