Preheat the oven to 340F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, Swerve, egg, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to form o smooth cookie batter.
Add the pecans and stir them in evenly.
Using your hands, divide the mixture into 12 even balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Press the dough down to form thick cookies, leaving about an inch between each cookie.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cookies cool completely before serving.
