Keto Almond and Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • ½ cup full-fat cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • A small amount of butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients, except the butter, in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Spoon palm-sized circles of batter into a non-stick skillet on medium-low. Brown both sides flipping when bubbles form on the top.
  • Top with any desired toppings and serve.
