full-fat cream cheese

A small amount of butter for frying
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients, except the butter, in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Spoon palm-sized circles of batter into a non-stick skillet on medium-low. Brown both sides flipping when bubbles form on the top.
Top with any desired toppings and serve.
