Kale Brussels Sprout Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Ounces Brussels Sprouts trimmed + shredded
  • ¼ Large Head Kale stemmed + shredded
  • ¼ Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Clove minced
  • ½ Teaspoon White Pepper optional
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In an appropriately sized bowl, combine shredded brussels sprouts and kale. In a small separate bowl mix mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Add and mix with brussels sprouts and kale. Serve and enjoy.
