Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the jalapeños in half and with a small spoon, scrape out the seeds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, sea salt, and black pepper. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with the paprika and garnish with additional cilantro, if desired
