Instructions
Marinate chicken in half the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss vegetables with remaining oil and seasonings.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Grill vegetables for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Serve chicken with grilled vegetables, topped with olives and feta.
