Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados pitted with skin removed
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Using a teaspoon, transfer the mixture into the cavities of the silicone mold.
  • Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set, then enjoy
