Garlic Lime Chicken

- 4 4-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth or bone broth
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 T grass-fed butter
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 lime sliced, for garnish
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Place chicken breasts in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth and lime juice over the chicken.
Add the garlic, thyme sprigs, butter, sea salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. Garnish with fresh lime slices and chopped parsley, if desired.
