Creamy Cinnamon Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic coffee
  • 1 Tbsp grassfed butter
  • 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic coconut oil or XCT oil
  • dash of nutmeg
  • Liquid stevia to taste I used English toffee flavored
  • (optional) drop cinnamon bark essential oil

Instructions
 

  • Make coffee as usual (Keurig coffee is fine, but be sure to buy organic coffee!)
  • In a blender, combine coffee, grassfed butter, organic cinnamon, organic coconut oil, nutmeg, and (optional cinnamon bark essential oil. Blend together for about twenty seconds.)
  • Pour the coffee into a mug and enjoy!
