Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz coconut cream
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 t vanilla bean powder
  • cup coconut butter

Instructions
 

  • Bring all the ingredients to a low simmer in a saucepan. Stir until smooth.
  • Remove from the heat, and let it cool for 2–3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a blender, and blend on high to remove any remaining lumps.
  • Spoon the ingredients into a mini ice cube tray.
  • Freeze for 20 minutes or until set, and enjoy!
