coconut butter
Instructions
Bring all the ingredients to a low simmer in a saucepan. Stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat, and let it cool for 2–3 minutes.
Transfer to a blender, and blend on high to remove any remaining lumps.
Spoon the ingredients into a mini ice cube tray.
Freeze for 20 minutes or until set, and enjoy!
