Ingredients
  

  • 2 4-oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 6 oz broccoli florets
  • 4 oz grated cheddar cheese plus additional for serving
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 T chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients except the parsley in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Serve topped with additional cheddar cheese and cilantro.
