Ingredients
  

  • 2 fish fillets such as cod, halibut, or tilapia
  • 200 g 7 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g 7 oz scallops, patted dry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons 28g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon 15ml lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Fish Fillet Crust: Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes to partially cook the fish fillets. Remove from the air fryer and set aside.
  • Preparing the Seafood Toppings: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the scampi sauce. Set aside.
  • Topping the Crust: After partially cooking the fish fillets, remove them from the air fryer and spread the scampi sauce evenly over the fillets. Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp and scallops on top of the sauce.
  • Air Frying: Return the topped fish fillets to the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the fish is flaky.
  • Serving: Once cooked, remove the seafood scampi pizza from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
