6 oz each, skin removed

cup
whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/4
cup
fresh parsley
chopped

tablespoons
fresh dill
chopped

tablespoons
fresh chives
chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
Dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pat salmon fillets dry and place on prepared baking sheet.
Brush salmon with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Press herb mixture evenly onto top of each fillet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
