  • 2 Tablespoons loose peppermint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon licorice root
  • 2 Tablespoons loose nettle leaves
  • 4 Cups boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Pour boiling water over the mixture and allow to steep for 10 minutes before straining and serving.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender and process until super smooth.
