Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 6-well donut pan with non-stick spray.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times, scraping the container between pulses.
Pour into donut pan and bake for 13 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
