“Caramel” Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • cup almond milk
  • 4 to 6 pitted dates, or 2 T date paste
  • 1 T nut or seed butter, e.g., almond or tahini
  • Optional: 1 t maca powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
